Nationwide Coins promises that clients will receive exactly what they ordered.

You will never receive anything but what you were promised. If for some reason a mistake has been made on our part, you will receive a complete refund by whichever means you paid. (If you paid cash or check, then you will receive a refund through a check in the mail. If you paid by credit card, we are contractually obligated to refund all monies through the credit card you chose to use for the transaction.

Nationwide Coins promises to be truthful with its clients. No one, including representatives at Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve Inc., can promise you that a precious metal product will decrease or increase in value.

Not even the best experts can accurately predict the future price of products. All we can tell a client is what knowledgeable people in the precious metals industry say is likely to happen.
