OUR PROMISE

Our Promise

Nationwide Coins promises that clients will receive exactly what they are promised.

You will never receive anything but what you were promised. If for some reason a mistake has been made on our part, you will receive a complete refund by whichever means you paid. (If you paid cash or check, then you will receive a refund through a check in the mail. If you paid by credit card, we are contractually obligated to refund all monies through the credit card you chose to use for the transaction.

Nationwide Coins promises to be truthful with its clients. No one, including representatives at Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve Inc., can promise you that a precious metal product will decrease or increase in value.

Not even the best experts can accurately predict the future price of products. All we can tell a client is what knowledgeable people in the precious metals industry say is likely to happen. If a representative from Nationwide Coins guarantees you a decrease or increase in value for one of our products, please report this individual to the compliance department immediately at (281)977-0472 or by e-mail at dfogo@nationwidecoins.com.

Nationwide Coins promises to give an accurate price estimate for the value of a coin at that exact moment. The fair estimated value of a coin, past its intrinsic value, largely depends on what it will fetch at auction.

Like most things, the value of a coin is largely based on what the highest bidder is willing to pay at that exact moment in time. Hence, if you put a one-of-a-kind coin up for auction today, you might receive only $100,000 for it. However, if the same coin is auctioned off one month later, and a billionaire wants that coin very much, it may fetch $1,000,000. A coin’s value largely depends on what someone is willing to pay for it, much like real estate.

Nationwide Coins promises to give its clients industry-leading advice concerning the precious metals market. Just as you should never put all your savings in any one market, you should never put all your savings in precious metals or rare coins.

The old saying still rings true, “Never put all of your eggs in one basket.” Diversification is key to a person’s financial portfolio. Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve promotes financial diversification to all of its clients.

Nationwide Coins promises to never misrepresent the rarity of a coin.

Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve does not engage in unethical business practices. Please notify us immediately if you believe one of our representatives has falsified information regarding one of our products. Contact the compliance department at dfogo@nationwidecoins.com or (281)977-0472.

Nationwide Coins promises to never advertise a product it does not intend to sell.

Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve does not engage in false advertising schemes. If we advertise a product for a certain price, then we plan to deliver it to our clients for that price.
